The Faithfull Samurai Pole Lopper is a tree top pole lopper for use with the Samurai 5 metre Telescopic Pole (FAISAMPOLE - sold separately).
The Pole Lopper combines a rack and pinion rope system with four pulleys. The rope applies downward force to the tip of the lever arm which in turn moves the blade of the heavy-duty, geared anvil pruner in an upward direction through the gears. The huge forces in play will cut branches up to an astounding 50mm (2in) with ease. The toggle is easily adjusted to any point on the rope by sliding the locking button on the handle, moving the rope to the desired length and then moving it back to grip the rope.
The pruner has a serrated anvil for greater grip when cutting. Its 5mm SK-5 High carbon steel blade is coated for rust resistance and low friction, and the steel body is chrome plated for rust resistance.
