This Footprint Marking Gauge is a traditional tool that is ideal for a woodworkers tool kit. It is made from Beechwood and its marking pin has been hardened to prevent the pin losing its point and thus extending the working life of the gauge.
A tough wearing yellow plastic thumb screw allows ease of adjusting the head on the stem of the marking gauge. The curved bottom edge slides easily on the wood being marked.
